Biography
My experiences really shaped the path that brought me here. I had the opportunity to shadow an Athletic Director, which opened the door to coaching, and through coaching I discovered how much I enjoy working with students and supporting their growth. That experience inspired me to step further into education. I worked as a full-time substitute in Lawrence, then served as a Behavioral Specialist at Upton Middle School, where I focused on building strong relationships with students and helping them succeed both academically and personally.
Along the way, I was blessed to be accepted into the Talent Together program and am currently pursuing my master’s degree and teaching certification through Concordia. This program has given me the chance to connect my passion for education with my desire to give back to a great community.
I’m truly excited to begin this apprenticeship here in Coloma. My goal is to grow as an educator, contribute positively to the school community, and do everything I can to help students reach their potential and have a successful year.
